Das wird ihn teuer zu stehen kommen.<br \/>\n<em>Auf Seiten 4 bis 6 l\u00e4sst es der Harvey-Verlag t\u00fcchtig krachen mit grafischen Grausamkeiten. Durchbohrte K\u00f6rper, ein abgetrennter Kopf und jede Menge Blut qualifizieren diese Geschichte f\u00fcr einen Eintrag unter die Rubrik \u201eUgly\u201c.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dabei ist diese Horrorhandlung keine lieblos servierte Schlachtplatte, sondern kunstvoll (und ein bisschen umst\u00e4ndlich) eingebettet in eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Rahmenhandlung: Der Reporter n\u00e4mlich sucht nach seinen englischen Wurzeln \u2013 die er am Ende auch finden wird. Sein englisches Gastgeberpaar f\u00fchrt den Leser durch die Geschichte.<br \/>\n<em>\u201eHeadless Horror!\u201c erscheint in einem neuen, eigenen Scan auf FIFTIES HORROR:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a \u201eTelevision Terror!\u201c in ECs HAUNT OF FEAR Nr. 17 ist starr layoutet wie ein Blick auf einen Fernsehschirm. Auch hier \u201esieht\u201c der Leser, was die Kamera eingefangen hat. Allerdings flie\u00dft hier kein Blut, der Horror spielt sich au\u00dferhalb des Bildes ab (am Schluss wird der Fernsehmann hinter einer T\u00fcre erh\u00e4ngt).<\/p>\n<p>Die oben gezeigte Geschichte \u00fcbrigens benutzt die Kamera falsch. Die Zeichnungen der Fernsehaufzeichnung (in sch\u00f6nem Blau gehalten) unterscheiden sich nicht von den sonstigen Panels. Will hei\u00dfen: Hier sind mindestens drei Kameras im Einsatz. Wer hat die bedient und das Bild gemischt?!<\/p>\n<p><em>Da ist Kurtzman (wie immer) korrekt und akkurat.
